Gigging to the end - David Harman

Known since the mid '60s as Dave Dee, the vocalist with chart topping band Dave Dee, Dozy, Beaky, Mick & Tich died earlier today.

DDDBM&T had a string of hits and from '65 to '69 spent more weeks in the UK singles charts than any other band. Reforming in 1990 with the original line up, the band continued playing till late last year. Dave retires from this stage with gigs still in the diary.
