Actually, this brings back memories of journeys past.

It was one of a group of songs - 'ten green bottles','one man went to mow, went to mow a meadow', etc - that were invariably sung to while away the time travelling to and from some holiday destination when I was a kid

Speaking of memories of the past, a little bird (troll) tells me it's your birthday today.

Hope it's a good one !!!

Er, sorry if I interrupt your flow Duncan, please continue after this break.

OK
1) It's a classic
2) Those were the days
3) Yes I'm 54 today.
4) There are a lot of spaces I would still like to fill including my own trousers :)

"she's dead...of course"

It's just a pity that the silly old bint didn't keel over a bit sooner; then we'd all have been spared a few minutes of that shite.

Nobbly, if I ever meet up with you again I will stand on a bar table and sing On Ilkla Moor Baht 'at. Then you will know what real shite is.

if we're talking 'shite', I've a mate that always climbs on top of a table and sings this song when he's pissed
